Brennan has always had a passion for the outdoors and an entrepreneurial spirit. From a young age, he and his best friend Jordan spent summers mowing lawns and winters shoveling driveways—saving every dollar until they could afford their first "company" lawn mower.
As an adult, Brennan has earned certifications in multiple trades, constantly expanding his knowledge and skillset. His hands-on experience and drive for excellence have shaped his approach to property maintenance.
With this business, Brennan is excited to turn a lifelong passion into a full-scale service—delivering reliable, high-quality exterior property maintenance to clients across Simcoe County and Georgina.
Jordan Wain
Owner/Operator
Jordan brings over a decade of property maintenance experience, working with both high-end clients and residential homeowners. He has a passion for delivering quality work and turning tired, worn-down exteriors into beautifully maintained spaces.
After growing frustrated working for companies that didn’t share the same commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, Jordan teamed up with Brennan to create something better. Together, they founded Lakeside Maintenance Solutions to bring reliable service and honest pricing to Lake Simcoe and the surrounding areas.
